Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-driven Admission Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process and helping them make informed educational decisions. Key Responsibilities: Provide detailed information about courses and programs offered. Counsel students on admissions procedures, eligibility, and course selection. Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and walk-ins. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups. Represent the institute at events and education fairs if needed. Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to improve admissions strategies. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.). Ability to work under target-based pressure. Must be available to work 6 days a week.
