Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs from civil, structural, and architectural drawings. Verify site measurements and prepare client/subcontractor billing. Prepare BOQs, quantity reconciliation, valuation statements, and material reconciliation. Develop detailed cost estimates, tender estimates, bid cost sheets, and commercial proposals. Perform rate analysis for BOQ and non-BOQ items based on DSR, market rates, and vendor quotations. Prepare variation statements, extra item estimates, and cost impact analysis. Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify quantity and commercial risks. Coordinate with planning, procurement, and execution teams for quantity verification and material planning. Maintain measurement records, estimation files, and commercial documentation.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of IS 1200 (Method of Measurement), CPWD Specifications, DSR/SSR, and standard construction practices. • Expertise in Quantity Take-Off, BOQ Preparation, Estimation, Valuation, Rate Analysis, Tendering, and Commercial Evaluation. • Sound knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and reinforcement quantity estimation. • Good understanding of contract documents, technical drawings, specifications, and EPC project requirements. • Proficient in Advanced MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Word; ERP/SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹51,816.84 per month
