Position: JCB Service Manager
Location: Mahoba,Jhansi

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically sound JCB Service Manager who has strong knowledge of JCB machines, construction equipment, and service operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling machine servicing, troubleshooting, workshop management, customer support, and technician supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete service operations for JCB machines and construction equipment.
- Diagnose technical faults and ensure timely repair and maintenance.
- Supervise service technicians and workshop staff.
- Provide technical guidance for hydraulic, engine, electrical, and mechanical issues.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed properly.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective service solutions.
- Maintain service records, job cards, and spare parts coordination.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with spare parts and sales departments when required.
- Monitor workshop productivity and service quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good knowledge of JCB machines and heavy equipment.
- Strong technical understanding of hydraulic systems, engines, electrical systems, and machine diagnostics.
- Experience in construction equipment service management preferred.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle customer communication professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge for service reporting and documentation.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in JCB / heavy equipment servicing.
- Candidates with workshop management experience will be preferred.
Education
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or related field preferred.
Salary
- Salary will be based on experience and technical knowledge.
Additional Requirements

- Field visit capability if required.
