Job Summary
We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and service-oriented Steward to support the smooth functioning of our restaurant/hospitality operations. The candidate will be responsible for assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, supporting the service team, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Set up and clear dining tables efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages as directed by the service team.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
- Ensure tables are properly arranged with cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other required items.
- Assist waiters and restaurant staff during busy service periods.
- Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery promptly.
- Refill water and other items as required.
- Handle guest requests and communicate them promptly to the concerned team.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Ensure service stations are adequately stocked and organized.
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or F&B Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Steward, Waiter, F&B Associate, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good grooming and personal hygiene.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
