We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Shimla. You will help develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, social media, content, email, and paid advertising to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify target audiences
- Manage and optimize social media accounts to boost engagement and brand visibility
- Create content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
- Perform keyword research and optimize content for SEO
- Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads)
- Track and report on KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
- Respond to social media comments, inquiries, and messages promptly
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
Requirements
- Any graduate; degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content
- Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners preferred
Good to Have
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop)
- Certification in digital marketing or related areas
