1. Responsible for Attendance management.
2. Responsible for On-Time requirement as per MRF Form.
3. Responsible for Payroll Process.
4. Responsible for Time office management.
5. Responsible for HR Statutory compliance follow-up & Maintenance.
6. Responsible for conduct Training and Development programs for employee.
7. Responsible for Contract Labour Management.
8. Responsible for required documents prepared for Internal & External HR Audit.
9. Maintaining all ON – Roll, Contract Employee and Security Guard related documents.
10. Responsible for any other related additional jobs as and when given by the Management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
