We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven sales performance, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to improve lead generation and conversions

- Proven experience in team handling and sales leadership
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales and revenue generation
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 3–6+ years of experience in Sales, with team management experience preferred.
