Job Summary
iLeaf Solutions is seeking a high-energy, persistent, and articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our international business development team. With 15 years of excellence in software services and offshore development, we are looking for a dedicated professional to help us expand our footprint within the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify and proactively reach out to key decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Product Owners) in US-based firms through cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Lead Qualification: Vet potential leads to ensure they align with iLeaf’s core competencies in software development and offshore support.
- Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule discovery calls and technical consultations for the senior sales team, managing complex calendar coordination across multiple US time zones.
- Pitching Services: Clearly articulate iLeaf Solutions’ 15-year value proposition, focusing on our expertise in custom software development and team augmentation.
- CRM Data Integrity: Diligently track all outreach activities, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules within the CRM to ensure a seamless sales pipeline.
- Market Intelligence: Gather insights on prospect pain points and industry trends to refine outreach messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings booked and opportunities generated.
Internship Duration
- This is a 3-month internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in international B2B sales, lead generation, and business development within the IT services industry.
- High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) role upon successful completion of the internship, subject to business requirements and performance evaluation.
