Job Description
As a Tele Calling & Data Management Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, maintaining customer databases, managing lead information, and supporting sales and operational activities. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce company products and services to potential customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information.
- Update and manage data in Excel sheets and internal systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for lead tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness across records.
- Support business development and customer relationship activities.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Strong organizational and data entry skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
