Position: Civil Engineer
Location: Monrovia (in liberia)
Qualification Required: B.TECH
Industry Preference: Industrial construction projects
Experience: 8–10 Years
Salary: Approx. ₹1,00,000 per month (Negotiable based on qualification & experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in industrial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and coordination of civil works at project sites while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise civil construction activities for industrial projects.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Handle estimation, billing verification, quantity surveying, and material reconciliation.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Manage subcontractors and manpower at site.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with MEP and other cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
- Participate in project planning, budgeting, and cost control activities.
Required Skills
- Experience in industrial/project site execution.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural steel, foundations, and industrial infrastructure works.
- Understanding of IS codes and construction standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office.
- Good project management and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams.
