Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Full Stack Developer to translate creative software design concepts into engineered reality across the entire technology stack. This is a prime opportunity to work in a product development environment, taking ownership of the complete software lifecycle—from conceptualizing responsive user interfaces to architecting robust backend systems and database structures. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools, prompt engineering techniques, and cloud-based development environments to improve productivity and software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the hands-on, end-to-end implementation of scalable software, ensuring high code quality, reusable component architecture, and bug-free delivery.
- Architect and maintain robust backend services, APIs, and relational databases utilizing both Node.js and Python to seamlessly support front-end functionality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design and data modelling teams to bridge the gap between user experience and technical execution.
- Plan, execute, and benchmark software delivery within Agile sprints while actively mentoring junior developers and reporting progress to leadership.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools and prompt engineering techniques to support software development, debugging, testing, and documentation activities.
Required Skillset & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of proven professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- In-depth mastery of Angular (v6+), Node.js (Express), modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems, and Python.
- Familiarity with Python web frameworks (such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django) for building backend services and data processing pipelines.
- Strong working knowledge of relational database management, schema creation, and query optimization (e.g., PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with secure modern authorization mechanisms (such as JSON Web Tokens), RESTful API integration, and code versioning tools like Git.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, prompt engineering, and cloud-based development environments.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
