Allocate and manage resources (human, financial, technical) effectively.
Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control.
Develop detailed project schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
Lead and motivate project teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure collaboration.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Monitor project progress using tools and methodologies.
Provide regular status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Skill Requirements
Mandate:
At least 5+ years of experience as IT Project Manager with a proven track record of leading IT infra and Data Center Migration projects
MS Project expertise
Excellent communication and change management skills
PMP or Prince2 certification
Preferred:
Pharma/Healthcare domain experience
Demonstrable leadership skills within a global matrix organization
Strong outcome-driven mind-set
Ability to lead global, multicultural, multifunctional teams
Other Requirements
