Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Shift Timings:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or other communication channels
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
