Job Summary
EBG Group is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Pan India After-Sales Service Operations for our Electric Vehicle business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving service excellence, strengthening the service network, improving customer satisfaction, managing warranty operations, and ensuring efficient spare parts availability across all service locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Pan India after-sales service operations.
- Strengthen and expand the service network across company-owned stores and MBO stores.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high service quality standards.
- Manage warranty claims, warranty cost control, and warranty process improvements.
- Plan and monitor spare parts inventory and availability.
- Track service KPIs, turnaround time (TAT), and overall service performance.
- Conduct technical training programs for service teams.
- Perform regular service audits and ensure SOP compliance.
- Work closely with Product, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve field issues.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across all service locations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automobile Engineering.
- 6–8 years of experience in EV or Automotive After-Sales Service.
- Strong understanding of:

- Customer Service Excellence
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing multi-location service operations.
- Knowledge of EV systems and service processes.
- Ability to analyze service KPIs and implement corrective actions.
- Experience in technical training and service quality improvement.
