Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly efficient E-commerce Executive with thorough knowledge of leading marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in day-to-day marketplace operations and capable of independently managing seller portals end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and operate seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra
Handle product listings, cataloging, and content updates
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
Process orders, returns, and customer queries efficiently
Run and optimize promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns
Track performance metrics and generate regular reports
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines
Requirements:
Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra)
Strong understanding of marketplace operations and workflows
Proficiency in handling backend dashboards and tools
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
