We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Architect with 0–2 years of experience to join our architectural team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of building and infrastructure projects while gaining hands-on experience in architectural design, planning, and project coordination under the guidance of senior professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and construction documents.
- Develop 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials using architectural design software.
- Support the preparation of concept designs, working drawings, and design presentations.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Assist in conducting site visits, documenting progress, and reporting observations.
- Ensure drawings and designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Prepare project documentation, quantity schedules, and technical reports as required.
- Contribute to innovative and sustainable design solutions for various projects.
- Perform other architectural and project-related tasks assigned by senior architects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in architectural design or construction projects (Freshers with strong academic projects may also apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office. Knowledge of Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of building planning, construction methods, and applicable building codes.
- Good design, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination abilities.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a collaborative environment.
