Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Associate Dentist (BDS) to deliver quality patient care, perform basic dental procedures, and support clinical operations. Ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose dental conditions and create treatment plans with senior dentists
- Perform basic procedures: intraoral scans, scaling, fillings, etc.
- Assist in advanced procedures and surgeries
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate patient appointments, including home/clinic visits
- Upload scans, intra/extra oral images within defined TAT
- Collaborate with internal teams and partner clinics
- Support relationship management with dental partners and clinics
Requirements
- BDS from a recognized institution
- Valid dental license in India
- 0–1 year clinical experience (freshers welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-first approach with high empathy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Willingness to travel for home consultations
