Job Description:
We are looking for a Tamil Voice Process Executive to handle customer collection calls and payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding pending payments.
- Explain outstanding dues and payment options.
- Follow up with customers through outbound calls.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Resolve basic customer queries related to payments.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per hour
