Key Responsibilities
- Test mobile, desktop, and web applications
- Identify, reproduce, and document bugs with clear descriptions and screenshots
- Communicate issues effectively with developers and verify fixes
- Perform functional, regression, and usability testing
- Review user feedback and app store reviews to identify common issues
- Suggest improvements to enhance app quality and user experience
- Ensure applications work smoothly across different devices and platforms
- Maintain testing reports and follow up on reported issues
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of mobile apps, websites, and desktop applications
- Good observation and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new products and features
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Android, iOS, Windows, or Web applications
