A Maintenance Electrician and AC Technician installs, diagnoses, and repairs building electrical systems and HVAC equipment. They perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions (wiring, motors, compressors), and ensure systems meet safety codes. Key skills include technical expertise with tools, blueprints, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- AC Technician Duties: Installing, cleaning, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems (chilled water, DX, HVAC), replacing components like compressors, capacitors, and thermostats, and addressing refrigerant leaks.
- Maintenance Electrician Duties: Inspecting, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical wiring, fixtures, lighting, and power distribution systems using tools like voltmeters and ammeters.
- Preventative Maintenance: Performing routine checks on HVAC and electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficiency.
- Diagnostic & Repairs: Identifying electrical and mechanical faults in AC units and electrical systems, and performing necessary repairs.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and building standards.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
