Executive Brand & Business Manager (Full-Time)

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, organized, and business-savvy professional to work closely with an established Hair Artist & Salon. This role is ideal for someone passionate about business growth, brand building, strategic partnerships, and social media, who enjoys turning ideas into action and helping grow a premium salon brand.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth
- Execute business ideas and strategic initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Research market trends and support business expansion.
Brand Partnerships & Representation
- Develop and manage collaborations with beauty, fashion, luxury, and lifestyle brands.
- Build relationships with influencers, agencies, media, and corporate clients.
- Pitch, negotiate, and coordinate partnership opportunities.
- Represent the Hair Artist & Salon at meetings, events, networking opportunities, and brand interactions.
- Serve as a professional spokesperson and ambassador for the brand.
Social Media & Personal Brand
- Support the growth of the Hair Artist's personal brand and the salon's digital presence.
- Plan content calendars, campaigns, and brand collaborations.
- Coordinate content creation, photoshoots, and campaign execution.
- Monitor performance and recommend growth strategies.
Operations & Communication
- Manage schedules, meetings, business communications, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are executed efficiently and on time.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in business development, brand partnerships, marketing, social media, or account management.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Passion for the beauty, hair, or luxury industry.
