THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer (Fresher) to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about designing user-friendly digital experiences and eager to build a career in UI/UX design. You will work closely with our development and product teams to create engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
- Conduct basic user research and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Design visual assets, icons, banners, and other digital creatives when required.
- Maintain consistency in design systems, branding, user experience standards & contribute creative ideas to the organisation.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Strong creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio, academic projects, or internship experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work from our Coimbatore office on a regular basis.
