Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead Aspire's digital growth and student engagement efforts across India. The ideal candidate will combine content creation, performance marketing, social media management, and digital analytics to drive awareness, student applications, and engagement for Aspire's programs.
This role will play a critical part in expanding Aspire's reach among university students, recent graduates, and young professionals aged 18–29. The successful candidate will be passionate about education, youth development, leadership, and creating measurable impact through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Management Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives. Manage and grow Aspire's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, stories, testimonials, and impact stories. Monitor platform trends and identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth. Build and nurture online communities through active audience engagement and timely responses. Support student ambassador and partner-led social media campaigns.
2. Student Acquisition & Digital Marketing Design and execute digital campaigns focused on student awareness, lead generation, and program enrollments. Manage paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube platforms. Develop conversion-focused marketing funnels from awareness through application completion. Optimize campaign performance to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency. Coordinate digital promotion for webinars, virtual events, information sessions, and partnership initiatives. Support WhatsApp marketing and automation campaigns to nurture prospective applicants.
3. Content Development & Storytelling Create compelling content that highlights student success stories, program outcomes, leadership journeys, and organizational impact. Develop written content for websites, newsletters, blogs, landing pages, and promotional campaigns. Maintain an integrated content calendar aligned with program cycles and marketing priorities. Collaborate with internal teams, students, alumni, and partners to generate authentic and engaging content.
4. Website & SEO Management Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and engagement. Create and maintain landing pages, event pages, blogs, and campaign-specific content. Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic traffic. Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and conversions.
5. Marketing Automation & Email Campaigns Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated communication workflows. Develop audience segmentation strategies to improve engagement and conversion. Coordinate marketing automation efforts across CRM and communication platforms. Track email performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns.
6. Analytics & Performance Reporting Monitor key performance indicators across social media, digital campaigns, websites, and email marketing. Analyze audience behavior and campaign effectiveness using data and insights. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement. Use analytics tools to support data-driven decision making and continuous optimization.
7. Brand & Partnership Promotion Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and communications. Support promotion of institutional partnerships, university collaborations, events, and impact initiatives. Identify opportunities to strengthen Aspire's online presence and reputation. Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and creative partners when required.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, communications, or growth marketing. Demonstrated experience managing successful lead-generation and digital acquisition campaigns. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, SEO, and performance marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
Preferred.
Experience in higher education, EdTech, skilling, youth development, fellowships, or leadership programs. Experience engaging audiences aged 18–29. Familiarity with university outreach and student engagement campaigns. Experience working with mission-driven organizations, non-profits, or education-focused initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹46,463.75 per month
