Key Responsibilities
Operational & Administrative Responsibilities (Primary Focus)
* Manage overall office administration and facility operations.
* Coordinate with vendors and negotiate service agreements; monitor SLA compliance.
* Oversee housekeeping, security, and office support staff.
* Handle travel bookings and logistics arrangements.
* Maintain office supplies, inventory, and asset registers.
* Maintain employee personal files, statutory records, and documentation control.
* Monitor attendance records and leave tracking for payroll processing support.
* Coordinate new employee joining formalities including documentation, ID cards, workstation setup, and induction logistics.
* Manage employee exit clearance process including asset recovery and documentation.
* Coordinate training logistics, attendance tracking, and record maintenance.
* Maintain office agreements, contracts, and compliance documentation.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operational support across departments
HR Responsibilities
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing support, interview scheduling, candidate communication, documentation).
* Assist in payroll coordination and provide necessary attendance inputs.
* Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, etc.).
* Support performance management documentation and tracking.
* Maintain HRMS data accuracy and reporting.
* Assist in statutory compliance documentation and audit preparation.
* Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
* Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Educational Qualifications & Work Experience
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
- * 2–4 years of experience in Administration & HR roles.* Experience in corporate or logistics industry preferred.
- IT & Language Proficiency
* MS Office (Excel \ Word \ PPT)
* Language Proficiency – English, Marathi and Hindi
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Good understanding of administrative operations and HR process coordination.* Basic knowledge of labour law compliance and documentation.* Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.* Problem-solving and coordination capability.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
