As a key player, you’ll oversee all project aspects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and track progress. Reporting directly to upper management, you will prepare detailed reports on project status.
Your role involves direct collaboration with clients, ensuring deliverables meet scope and budget requirements. Coordination with various departments to ensure project compatibility and the hiring of new talent to meet client needs is also part of your responsibility. Familiarity with industry concepts, practices, and procedures is essential, as you lead and direct others, demonstrating creativity and latitude in your approach.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless project execution.
- Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Define project scope and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and track project progress with a detailed project plan.
- Manage changes, measure performance, and report to management.
- Cultivate client and stakeholder relationships.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain third-party relationships.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Delegate tasks, track project performance, and meet budgetary objectives.
- Develop project plans and continually enhance leadership skills.
- Attend conferences and training for ongoing proficiency.
- Perform related duties and document needs with spreadsheets and diagrams.
Requirements:
- Proven project management experience.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft or Open Office Software.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in technology or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
