Job Title: Onboarding Specialist
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding.
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Admin, and Payroll teams.
- Maintain employee records in HRMS.
- Conduct induction and support new hires during onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR onboarding or HR operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is preferred.
