Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is enthusiastic, confident, and interested in building a career in sales and business development.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, communicating with prospects, and supporting the sales team in converting business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Identify and research potential clients and businesses.
- Contact prospects and understand their requirements.
- Explain company services and create interest among potential clients.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Maintain and update lead/customer information in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and internal teams.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in BDE, Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Lead Generation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and email communication.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates from BBA, B.Com, MBA, or any graduate background can apply.
