Key Responsibilities
- Workforce Management: Handle deployment, attendance, shift planning, and manpower allocation
- Vendor Management: Oversee workforce vendors, track SLAs, attrition, and compliance
- Payroll & Compliance: Validate attendance, process payroll inputs, and ensure labour law adherence
- Blue Collar Hiring: Manage end-to-end hiring of blue/grey-collar workforce, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding aligned with manpower needs
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in hiring & vendor management
- Experience managing blue/grey-collar workforce
- Prior warehouse setup experience preferred
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
