We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced candidate to join our team as a Maintenance Engineer.
Position: Maintenance Engineer
Education: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3 to 7 years (Must have experience in an API and Intermediate Pharma Company)
Location: Plant, Sojitra, Anand, Gujarat (Plant)
Job Description:
- Responsible for breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance activities
- Handle troubleshooting and repair of plant machinery and equipment
- Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations in the plant
- Maintain utility systems including Boiler, Thermic Fluid Heater, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Vacuum Pump, RO System, and Nitrogen Plant
- Maintain plant equipment such as MEE Plant, Screw Press, and Filter Plant
- Carry out maintenance of mechanical equipment including Booster Pumps, Chemical Pumps, and Mechanical Seals
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of HVAC systems and Air Handling Units (AHU)
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime
- Prepare and maintain maintenance records and reports
- Coordinate with production teams for smooth plant operations
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintenance procedures
- Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
- Ensure availability of spare parts and maintenance tools
- Follow GMP and company maintenance compliance requirements
