About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Advisor to join our team at MakeMyTrip. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of both domestic and international travel destinations, excellent itinerary planning skills, and the ability to provide exceptional travel solutions based on customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in planning and booking domestic and international travel packages.
- Design customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets.
- Provide detailed information on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
- Handle flight, hotel, holiday package, and transportation bookings.
- Recommend suitable travel packages, destinations, and experiences to customers.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent pre- and post-sales support.
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends, destinations, promotions, and industry developments.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Expertise in itinerary planning and holiday package customization.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.
- Good negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
