Tender Executive
Location: Mohan Estate, Delhi
Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 per month

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our Business Development and Tendering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying, preparing, and submitting government and private sector tenders while ensuring compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Identification & Tracking
- Identify and monitor relevant tenders from government, PSU, GeM, CPPP, and private procurement portals.
- Track upcoming opportunities and maintain a tender pipeline database.
- Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and bid specifications.
Tender Preparation & Submission
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within prescribed timelines.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and other tender-related documents.
- Ensure all technical, commercial, financial, and compliance requirements are met.
- Manage online bid submissions through GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement platforms.
Documentation & Compliance
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical, commercial, legal, and financial documents.
- Manage EMDs, tender fees, bid securities, and related documentation.
- Verify and maintain compliance with tender guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain accurate tender records, trackers, and submission logs.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and procurement teams regarding tender-related queries and clarifications.
- Coordinate internally with Business Development, Finance, Operations, and Management teams.
- Follow up on tender status, bid results, and contract awards.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain tender databases and MIS reports.
- Prepare regular updates on submitted, ongoing, and upcoming tenders.
- Support management with tender-related analysis and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in tender management, bid preparation, and bid submission.
- Strong knowledge of GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement portals, and government tendering processes.
- Experience handling government, PSU, and private sector tenders.
- Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with procurement procedures and contract documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end tendering activities.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance-oriented approach.
- Experience in handling high-volume tender submissions will be an added advantage.
