Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business in Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance, and Logistics services.
- Identify and develop new customers through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business events.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales/Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Export & Import logistics.
- Experience in Ocean Freight and Air Freight sales preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Existing customer base will be an added advantage.
