Key Responsibilities:
Alignment of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communications Cloud capabilities
Optimization of the Lead-to-Cash journey (Opportunity to Fulfilment)
Enhancement of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) catalogue and workflows
Streamlining Order Management and Service Delivery processes
Integration with Billing, ERP, Network Tools, and Integration Layers
Ensuring data consistency across CRM and downstream platforms
Workflow automation, CRM process configuration, and API orchestrationRequired Skills: Salesforce Communications Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Order Management, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, System Integrations & APIs , CRM Transformation & Process Optimization
