Job Title: Social Science Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Science Teacher to teach students and foster an understanding of History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, and Civics. The teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, promoting critical thinking, and ensuring students achieve academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver Social Science lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach subjects such as History, Geography, Civics, Political Science, and Economics.
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Assess, record, and report student progress regularly.
- Prepare question papers, worksheets, assignments, and study materials.
- Conduct classroom activities, projects, and discussions to enhance learning.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student participation.
- Use innovative teaching methods and educational technology to improve learning outcomes.
- Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and training programs.
- Support school events, educational tours, and co-curricular activities.
- Identify and address students' learning needs through remedial support when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred/required.
- Relevant teaching experience in a school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.

Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.
Employment Type
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
