Job Summary
Adharshila Group is looking for a Costing Electrical Engineer with 2–7 years of experience in the construction or power sector. The candidate will be responsible for electrical cost estimation, budgeting, and cost analysis for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare electrical cost estimates and BOQs based on technical drawings.
- Conduct rate analysis and prepare tender documents.
- Review vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Monitor project costs and compare them with approved budgets.
- Maintain records of material, labour, and subcontractor costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities during project execution.
- Support project feasibility studies and cost analysis.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for cost planning and invoicing.
- Attend client and consultant meetings related to costing.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems used in construction projects.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Advanced MS Excel, and ERP software.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Indian electrical codes and safety standards.
Qualifications
- B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2–7 years in electrical costing or estimation in the construction or power industry.
Salary
As per industry standards and candidate experience.
