With showrooms across the city, our team of designers and sales specialists works closely with clients to translate ideas into beautifully executed interiors, from concept and material selection through to final installation.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an energetic Tele Caller (Presales) to generate and qualify leads for our Banashankari showroom. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for engaging enquiries, scheduling design consultations, and keeping our sales pipeline full of qualified opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and referrals
- Handle inbound calls and walk-in enquiries, understanding customer requirements
- Qualify leads and schedule showroom visits or design consultations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in the CRM
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients to move them through the sales funnel
- Share relevant product catalogues, pricing information, and offers with prospects
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager to hand off qualified leads
- Achieve daily/weekly call volume and lead-conversion targets REQUIREMENTS &
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Any graduate; prior experience in telecalling, presales, or inside sales preferred
- 1-3 years of experience, ideally in interiors, furniture, real estate, or a related consumer-facing industry
- Comfortable working with CRM/lead-management tools
- Immediate to short-notice joiners preferred SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada
- Confident and pleasant phone manner with strong listening skills
- Target-driven with the ability to handle rejection positively
- Well organised with good follow-up discipline

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
