Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in project execution, site supervision, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all stages of construction projects, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
- Review project plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for efficient project execution.
- Supervise site activities, monitor progress, and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and material requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site supervisors.
- Prepare progress reports and update management on project status.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, project management, or infrastructure development.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural design.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects with strong time and resource management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
