Role Overview
We are hiring energetic and goal-driven Sales Executives to drive new business, manage dealer/distributor networks, and contribute to the company’s growth. The role involves significant travel and provides opportunities to represent the brand across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and prepare sales reports.
- Create proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Work with the marketing team on sales strategies.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (automotive, industrial, paints/coatings preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively; own conveyance required.
- Experience with aerosol/paint industry is a plus.
