The General Manager – Construction leads the end-to-end execution of large-scale real estate projects. This role ensures timely, on-budget project delivery while maintaining strict quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Owns execution from groundbreaking to final handover.
- Timeline Control: Drives schedules to hit critical project milestones.
- Budget Oversight: Monitors cash flows and prevents cost overruns.
- Contractor Management: Selects, negotiates, and manages all site vendors.
- Quality & Safety: Enforces zero-defect standards and strict HSE protocols.
- Statutory Compliance: Coordinates municipal, environmental, and RERA approvals.
- Team Leadership: Directs cross-functional site engineering and billing teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience: 15+ years in high-rise, residential, or commercial projects.
- Software: Expert in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
- Skills: Strong financial acumen, contract negotiation, and crisis management
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
