ABOUT THE COMPANY
Modular Pulse Group is a specialist precast concrete group headquartered in Bhopal, India. The Group operates across structural design & consultancy and end-to-end project execution — making it one of the most technically credible precast groups in the country. Modular Cast is the Group's machinery & equipment division, supplying precast production machinery, molds, batching systems, and ancillary equipment to factory owners across India, the GCC, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced business leader to head the Modular Cast division with full Profit & Loss accountability. This is a senior leadership role where you will own the entire business cycle — from procurement and sales to inventory, after-sales service, and team development — working in close coordination with the Founder & CEO and Group Partners.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own and deliver the division's P&L — monthly and annual revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets
- Lead domestic B2B sales from lead generation to closure; drive overseas sales in GCC, Southeast Asia, and Africa
- Build and manage a network of channel partners, agents, and distributors internationally
- Oversee procurement from domestic and international suppliers (including China and Europe); manage import/export logistics and documentation
- Manage inventory, yard operations, and working capital efficiently
- Establish after-sales service frameworks — installation, commissioning, operator training, and warranty management
- Recruit, lead, and develop the division team (sales, technical, logistics, admin)
- Represent Modular Cast at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Collaborate directly with Group leadership on pricing, large deals, vendor partnerships, and market strategy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Management, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in industrial machinery, construction equipment, or heavy engineering
- At least 3 years in a management or P&L leadership role
- Proven B2B sales track record — ideally capital equipment or industrial products
- Experience managing procurement and international supply chains
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and financial target ownership
- Willingness to travel 10–15 days per month as per business needs
GOOD TO HAVE
- Prior experience in precast concrete, construction materials, or building products
- Overseas sales experience — GCC, Africa, or Southeast Asia
- Familiarity with import/export procedures and international trade documentation
- After-sales service management for machinery or capital equipment
- Working knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
