Job Description
Synergy Green Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, expenses, payments, and receipts.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Assist with TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and other management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
