Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting (40%)
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided databases, digital inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Identify customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment objectives.
- Introduce ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, highlighting key features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and transfer high-potential prospects to the sales team.
2. Customer Engagement & Follow-Up (30%)
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective buyers and investors.
- Build and nurture relationships with leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate project information.
- Re-engage dormant leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
3. Site Visit & Meeting Coordination (15%)
- Schedule and confirm site visits, project presentations, and meetings for the sales team.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure attendance and provide visit-related information.
- Track visit outcomes and obtain customer feedback for further follow-up.
4. CRM Management & Documentation (10%)
- Accurately update customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Maintain detailed records of inquiries, appointments, and customer feedback.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
5. Reporting & Market Feedback (5%)
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Share customer feedback, competitor insights, and market trends with management.
- Support marketing and sales campaigns through customer outreach activities.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
