Position: Front Office Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Industry
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hotel front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests professionally and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, room allocations, and special requests.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in guest interactions efficiently.
- Maintain guest records and update information accurately in the PMS.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales, and Maintenance departments for seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining service standards.
- Process payments, invoices, and billing transactions accurately.
- Ensure lobby and reception areas are maintained as per hotel standards.
- Upsell hotel rooms, facilities, and services to maximize revenue opportunities.

- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of hospitality etiquette and customer service standards.
Software Knowledge Required:
- Experience of IDS PMS.
- Online Reservation and Booking Systems.
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Email Management.
- Basic billing, invoicing, and payment processing systems.
- OTA Extranet knowledge will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or any relevant field.
