Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage financial operations, cash flow, compliance, fundraising readiness, and investor coordination while ensuring smooth day-to-day finance and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash flow, MIS reports, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital requirements.
- Maintain books of accounts, inventory records, and financial reports in Tally ERP 9.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns, ensuring timely compliance.
- Support fundraising activities by preparing financial projections, investor documents, and due diligence materials.
- Coordinate with investors, banks, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Handle registrations and compliances such as Start-up India, MSME, and other statutory requirements.
- Research and apply for government grants, subsidies, and financial schemes.
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
- Assist in process improvements, internal controls, and other finance-related administrative activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, MIS, and financial reporting.
- Understanding of fundraising, investor relations, and government schemes will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
