We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with potential customers, conducting site visits, and closing property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate and handle sales leads.
· Contact potential customers and explain project details.
· Arrange and conduct site visits.
· Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
· Follow up with clients and close sales.
Requirements:
· Any Graduate.
· 0–3 years of experience in sales/real estate.
· Good communication and negotiation skills.
· Willing to work in field sales.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
