Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate VMC/CNC machines as per production requirements
- Load and unload components/materials in machines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets
- Perform basic machine setup and offset corrections
- Check dimensions using measuring instruments like vernier caliper, micrometer, and height gauge
- Ensure quality standards during machining operations
- Maintain daily production records
- Follow safety guidelines and 5S activities on the shop floor
- Report machine abnormalities and quality issues to the supervisor
- Support machine maintenance activities when required
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations
- Understanding of mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of measuring instruments
- Basic understanding of machining processes
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Good teamwork and discipline
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Fanuc/Mitsubishi controller
- Basic understanding of G-code & M-code
- Exposure to production/manufacturing environment
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
