BCON Club is an AI-native marketing company in Bangalore operating under "HUMAN x AI." We build AI customer acquisition systems for service businesses. Core products: PROXe (AI agent platform for lead capture and multi-channel follow-up across WhatsApp, web, and voice) and the AI Lead Machine (done-for-you lead generation). Clients span aviation training, real estate, and beyond.
The Role
Close inbound and outbound deals for PROXe and the AI Lead Machine. You own the pipeline from qualified lead to signed contract.
Responsibilities
Run discovery calls and demos for inbound leads (driven by paid campaigns)
Manage pipeline through our CRM stages: NEW → ENGAGED → QUALIFIED → DEMO DONE → OFFER MADE → WON
Build and pursue outbound lists for target verticals
Translate client pain into PROXe/AI Lead Machine solutions
Hit monthly revenue targets and report on pipeline health
Requirements
2+ years B2B sales, ideally SaaS, agency, or martech
Proven quota attainment
Comfortable selling AI/automation to non-technical buyers
Strong written and spoken English; Hindi/Kannada a plus
Self-directed, fast-moving, comfortable in a startup
Nice to Have
Existing network in SMB/service-business space
Experience with WhatsApp-first or conversational sales tools
Compensation
Base + uncapped commission.
