Position: Milling Operator
Location: Bangalore-Peenya
Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical)
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Operate conventional and CNC milling machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Set up machines, tools, and fixtures for machining operations.
- Perform milling operations to achieve required dimensions and tolerances.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance procedures.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies during operations.
- Meet daily production targets and maintain production records.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of milling machine operations and machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
