About the Role-
Percipience Labs is looking for a highly professional and communication-driven HR Executive (Non Operations) to manage client relationship coordination, stakeholder communication, and employee engagement activities. This is a people-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, professional presentability, and the ability to coordinate directly with management teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage direct communication with clients, management teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and employees.
- Coordinate between leadership, HR teams, and clients for smooth communication flow.
- Conduct engagement discussions, follow-ups, and relationship management activities.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and virtual interactions.
- Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain strong client satisfaction.
- Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and corporate etiquette.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, client relations, engagement, or communication-focused roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong professional presentability and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in direct communication with clients or leadership teams.
- Ability to manage relationships in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and virtual communication platforms.
