Job Description – Sales & Supply Chain Management (SCM) Coordinator
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: 389P-390, 1st Floor, Sector 29, Gurugram, Haryana – 122022
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Budget: 2 – 2.5 LPA
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & SCM Coordinator to support sales operations, supply chain activities, and coordination with site teams. The role involves managing sales documentation, order processing, logistics coordination, inventory tracking, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, sales teams, site employees, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination.
Supply Chain Management (SCM) Coordination
- Coordinate procurement, inventory, logistics, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure timely material availability.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation related to procurement, dispatch, and inventory.
Site Coordination
- Act as a liaison between Head Office, Sales Team, SCM Team, and Site Employees.
- Coordinate with site teams regarding material requirements, deliveries, stock availability, and project schedules.
- Follow up with site personnel for sales orders, dispatch status, and inventory updates.
- Resolve operational issues related to material movement and project execution.
- Maintain regular communication to ensure smooth project and sales operations.
Required Skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Sales Operations and Supply Chain processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Excellent follow-up and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, SCM Coordination, Operations Coordination, or similar roles.
Preferred Experience
- Experience coordinating with field/site teams.
- Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and procurement processes.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is preferred.
